1995 commenced the business in international courier service and in the name of GLS (Global Logistic Solutions), Later on in 1999 formed a new company “SR Maritime” for its Ocean & Air freight forwarding.
2002 Started Imports from International Ports.

2003 started its export operation in the International level with agents network in Europe, Scandinavia, Gulf, USA & Africa.

2004 started handling of Special Equipments as flat rack and open top containers for the movements of Chemical storage tanks & various types of machineries.

2006 SRM Started its Custom Clearing operations from Nhava Sheva Port other than its regular clearance at Chennai/Tuticorin Branches.

2007 SRM Achieved its MTO Status with D.G.Shipping, Govt.Of India.

2009 August, SRM EMBARKED upon a TQM programme starting from Mumbai Office; consequently the implementation of ISO system for quality commenced. The certification process would be completed in Short period.
